OCA and its member firms are focused on promoting the many career opportunities that our industry has to offer to high school and post- secondary students, individuals considering a career change and to individuals new to our area Under the Connect Program, we will be facilitating connecting individuals interested in our industry with people currently working in it at their work environments.
We are also in the process of organizing a database of industry volunteers that would attend scheduled visits to high schools to inform and promote career opportunities in construction to teachers, students and their parents.
