Waterproofing Foreman - Experienced

A foreman's duties include scheduling and organizing on-site personnel to ensure the project stays on schedule. Maintain positive working relationships with clients while work is progressing. Responsibilities also include keeping track of materials to ensure correct product is applied to manufacturer's specifications and keep track of staff to ensure health and safety protocols are being followed. Report to supervisors if there are any issues that cannot be dealt with immediately.
